“You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy” were the words uttered by Alec Guinness on the set of George Lucas’s 1977 blockbuster classic ‘A New Hope’. And while the script was referring to a fictitious spaceport in a galaxy far, far away – it might as well have been referring to the New Zealand Parliament. Indeed, with a general election approaching later in the year, many New Zealanders are feeling less inspired today by the political menagerie on both sides of the House of Representatives, than they have been for many years.

Among the disgruntled, there are those who advocate that the minor parties are the solution to the hegemony of the red and blue wings of the UniParty. There are also those who seek to vote strategically for the lesser of various evils. And there are of course, those who don’t plan on voting at all – either on the basis of disputed jurisdiction, or simply out of apathy.

Which begs the question – to vote, or not to vote?

Wherever we stand on this contentious issue, it would be wise to remember that Plato, the Classical Greek philosopher, wrote in The Republic that:

“One of the penalties for refusing to participate in politics is that you end up being governed by your inferiors.”

That being said, as the worldwide resistance movement has demonstrated by their ongoing commitment to freedom in recent years, there are many ways to participate in politics and many means of satisfying one’s obligations to each other in the face of global tyranny. Democracy after all, does not merely take place at the ballot box and nor does it take place on only one day of the year.

Nevertheless, we are all in some way, shape or form responsible for having allowed the political situation in which we find ourselves today, to have come into being. Sedated on an intravenous drip of television, junk food and things unmentionable, the masses have allowed themselves to be conquered – and not by the likes of chivalrous foes like Genghis Khan or Napoleon Bonaparte either, which might at least have been forgivable.

Today, the globalist powers have taken the privilege of “penetrating the cabinet” of governments around the world with their own candidates, who are often recruited for their servility, corruptibility and loyalty to those that facilitate their political ascension, which they otherwise would not have been capable of themselves.

And so, in the absence of public scrutiny, our beaches were stormed and the enemy was allowed to invite themselves in without a whisper of opposition. The penalty for this, is that today we are being governed by our inferiors – because no New Zealander worth their salt would ever betray our people like they have been betrayed in recent years.

These individuals, whether they be Labour-Lite Luxon, Chippie from the Hutt, Comrade Chloe, or the Spineless Seymour – all work for the interests of the UniParty, while feigning opposition for the masses. As such, a vote for any of the so-called ‘lesser evils’ from among these UniParty candidates, is not a strategic vote at all.

The Mixed Member Proportional system of the New Zealand Parliament is also ripe for abuse, with UniParty candidates able to negotiate coalition partnerships in order to form a government even without a majority vote from the people. That is of course, assuming that our elections are even fair in the first place. Interestingly, the ballot papers in New Zealand are shredded six months after the general election and sent for recycling – which certainly warrants an independent people’s inquiry after the outcome of the election later this year.

As for the minor parties, the inevitable ‘split vote’ among these parties can only be overcome by bringing these parties together. This was attempted in 2020 with the Advance New Zealand alliance, which was inspired as a centrist version of the Alliance Party, which had been formed in an attempt to unite the minor parties in 1991.

During the lead-up to the 2020 election, the mainstream media made mincemeat of the leadership of Advance New Zealand, which was reflected in the outcome on election day. And with the benefit of hindsight, those seeking to assemble a similar effort at this year’s election, must choose their leadership wisely in order to avoid a similar catastrophe.

Indeed, as our rights, freedoms and even our lives potentially depend upon the outcome of this election, there is no place for egotistical interests. An integral part of successful leadership is recognising when someone else may be better suited at the helm of the ship and having the humility to give them that opportunity.

And as for those who dispute the government’s jurisdiction altogether – they are certainly right to do so. We are after all, living, sovereign beings upon God’s Earth and are not the incorporated tax slaves held as collateral against the national debt that the government believes us to be. Indeed today, the postal address for the incorporated legal entity which has unlawfully supplanted our government and which is known as: HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF NEW ZEALAND, is:

In other words, our tax dollars are being stolen from us to pay the interest on the national debt to the financial elite, just as a subservient King of ancient times would collect taxes to pay tribute to his Emperor.

Nevertheless, the enemy of the people will not respect our jurisdiction as living beings upon this land. Rather, they are a hostile power that stands to lose everything from our movement. As such, there are those who recognise their true jurisdiction as living men and women, while taking advantage of their opportunity to vote on the principle of acting under duress.

However you choose to approach this year’s election and whether or not you choose to vote, remember that our political obligations to each other in this fight for freedom are not simply those which are enacted on election day. Every one of us has an important part to play and our ongoing resistance in all fields of activity is essential in order to take back our sovereignty from those who seek to steal it from us.

We have been governed by our inferiors for far too long and it is time we start participating.
