THE ROLE OF SECRET SERVICE CORRUPTION IN THE TRUMP ASSASSINATION ATTEMPTS

by Thomas S.

The Secret Service have opened fire on a suspected assassin and law enforcement have detained the individual, who was spotted with a firearm at the Trump International Golf Course earlier today (Sunday in Florida).

This is now the second assassination attempt on the former President’s life within a matter of months and comes as no surprise, given recent Secret Service whistleblower comments about another Trump assassination attempt expected prior to the November election.

Indeed, a draft of this article had been sitting on my desktop over the weekend, awaiting the addition of details from the Senate report into the July assassination attempt, which is due to be made public over the next few days.

United States Senator Richard Blumenthal has remarked that Americans will be both “shocked” and “appalled” at the report, having already received a briefing from Acting Secret Service Director, Ronald Rowe.

These recent assassination attempts will by no means have been the first, and given the high stakes of the upcoming election, may very well not be the last.

After all, Trump has earned the respect of many during his time in political exile who had previously been weaponised against him by media propaganda during his first term in office. As such, a second Trump presidency is highly likely.

Furthermore, he will now have the consent of the majority needed in order to drive the stake into the heart of the Deep State upon returning to the White House without being accused himself of treason. As such, a second Trump presidency is something which the Deep State are desperate to avoid at all costs.

Of course, the final blow to the Washington Establishment may well be more of a formality than anything else, given that decisive victories over Deep State infrastructure have already been won in recent years. But a final victory which is both visible to and shared with the people, will be an important part of restoring a Golden Age to the Republic.

In this regard, some commentators believe that an element of theatre or controlled circumstances has been involved in the recent assassination attempts, as an act of public disclosure, intended to expose the corruption and complicity of the Secret Service in the attempted assassination of President Trump.

Regardless of the circumstances surrounding these events, however, the collateral damage during the July assassination attempt still cost at least one innocent life and resulted in the injury of several others.

Given the high stakes of the Trump presidency and given that much of the work of close protection is proactive rather than reactive, the lapse in security witnessed during the Pennsylvania shooting would have been highly improbable for a professional protective detail.

Indeed, as the former First Lady Melania Trump recently told the public:

“The attempt to end my husband’s life was a horrible, distressing experience. Now, the silence around it feels heavy. I can’t help but wonder, why didn’t law enforcement officials arrest the shooter before the speech? There is definitely more to this story, and we need to uncover the truth.”

Political commentator, Candace Owens, has also weighed in on the matter, commenting that:

“I’m getting real sick of this idea that everything is just a remarkable security failure, when these sorts of things take place. A remarkable security failure is what took place, which is something that could have led to a civil war, something that would have radically transformed this election.”

Indeed, despite the elevated risk associated with Trump’s presidency, the Secret Service, which is a subsidiary of the Department of Homeland Security, has been seriously compromised in recent years and besieged by problems at an institutional level.

According to Susan Crabtree, who wrote for the RealClear Wire on the matter last month:

“Those deep-seated long-term problems include nepotism and other non-merit-based favoritism, lowering standards and cutting corners in hiring – including failure to pass polygraph tests and accepting past hard drug use, retaliation for voicing security and other concerns, as well as uneven disciplinary action.”

The organisation has also directed significant cuts toward the ‘counter-surveillance division’ in recent times, which is tasked with threat-assessment evaluations of locations prior to the arrival of the principal. Interestingly, the department also did not perform the typical assessments one would have expected prior to the Pennsylvania shooting and were also not present on the day of the attempted assassination.

Senator Josh Hawley has already accused Secret Service Acting Director, Ronald Rowe, who assumed the role after the resignation of Director Kim Cheatle, of complicity in this regard.

Hawley has also remarked that, “If personnel from the CSD had been present at the rally, the gunman would have been handcuffed in the parking lot after being spotted with a rangefinder”.

In other words, the Secret Service have operated as a professional organisation in the past, and the decline in operational competence has been orchestrated from the top during the high-stakes presidency of a man intent on rooting out corruption – the same corruption which has ironically been tasked with his protection.

I myself caught a glimpse of the Secret Service and their attachés at work during Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton’s visit to New Zealand in 2010 and can attest to their diligence at the time.

I had been employed in an unimportant role at the time, but found myself as one of only a few staff still working in the Parliament buildings on the day of Secretary Clinton’s press briefing with John Key, due to my involvement with preparations for the upcoming Open Day and being considered ‘low-risk’.

Despite being a high-security complex during normal times, the buildings were locked down and closed to the public, the House of Representatives was not in session and both staff and Members of Parliament had been required to stay home.

A colleague reported seeing counter-snipers on the roof, while men in dark blue overalls picked the place apart, searching every room, every drawer and every cupboard in the complex.

I had used several workstations throughout the day, but found myself using an office attached to the education room (which is near the auditorium where press briefings take place) at the time when Hillary Clinton was due to arrive.

Given my proximity to the auditorium, I was given the option of either joining my starstruck colleagues in the foyer to watch as she emerged from the elevators in the centre of the Executive Wing or of remaining at the desk, where I would be confined for the duration of the press briefing.

Call it ‘intuition’, or ‘God in the heart’, but I chose to stay at the desk, despite being completely unaware back then of everything that we now know about Hillary Clinton – a sigmatic snub that has aged well with time.

During my confinement at the desk, Parliament Security made an appearance at one point to ask about an electronic beeping noise, which the Secret Service protection detail were reportedly “stressing out about”, so diligent as they were. I suggested to security that it must be the main education room door beeping, which they hadn’t properly closed.

Of course, there is no way that I would ever be allowed the same privileges today that I was back then, given how my political opinions have evolved over time. On the one hand, it is quite amusing to think that I was there on the day, while at the same time disconcerting to think that my younger self was in a locked-down building, just meters away from the Frazzledrip Fiend.

The main point however, is that the Secret Service and the agencies cooperating with them, were thorough, both prior to as well as during the arrival of the Secretary of State. As such, the amateurish display witnessed in recent times is by no means an accident and directly implicates the Secret Service in the attempted assassination of the former President.

Astute individuals will already have drawn parallels with the Secret Service’s complicity in the assassination of John F. Kennedy, who, like Donald J. Trump, also challenged the powers within the Washington establishment during his presidency.

As with the Trump assassination attempts, the Kennedy assassination also involved a patsy, in order to deflect culpability from the organisation itself. Throughout history, however, there has been a long list of high-profile individuals who have been assassinated by their own bodyguards.

In ancient Rome, for instance, the elite Praetorian Guard which was formed by Gaius Julius Caesar Augustus in 27 BCE and which was tasked with protecting the Emperor, would go on to assassinate a number of Emperors throughout the history of the Roman Empire.

They even decided themselves who would assume the new title of Emperor, on more than one occasion. In this way, the Praetorian Guard held immense political power over who ruled in Rome.

With this in mind, it should be self-evident that of course the Deep State have secured control of the presidential protection services of the Secret Service. In this way, any elected President who steps out of line and becomes hostile to the ambitions of those who control the levers of power in Washington, can easily be disposed of in any number of ways by those who are closest to him.

After all, as the age-old adage prescribes – keep your friends close and your enemies closer.

In this regard, it is a wonder that Donald J. Trump is still alive, and it is likely that he has had to employ his own protective services or depend on those from other agencies during his presidency and time in political exile to supplement and counteract those provided by the Secret Service.

Meanwhile, while the Senate report on the July assassination attempt is expected to shine light on the failures of the agency tasked with presidential protection, the Commander in Chief still remains vulnerable to further attempts on his life.
