Brett Power from Stratford, accompanied by over 200 people, served documents to the New Zealand Police in New Plymouth Containing Manslaughter Charges against Health Minister Andrew Little.
The deliberate coverage blackout of this important and well publicised event was noted by the complete absence of any other media present.
Brett and the people then walked to the offices of the Daily News and Stuff NZ nearby to respectfully serve additional documents to the media.
The mainstream media were uncharacteristically shy and not forthcoming, turning off power to the lifts in the building and locking the emergency exit doors to the stairwells.
Brett and his team will be back and the documents will be served to the media in the near future.
The charges are now in the hands of the police who have issued a case number 220203/2237
Brett is calling for people to put in their evidence of jab injury or death to support this case.
If the police do not take the necessary action, investigate and arrest the Health Minister then a citizens arrest will take place.
